Mani Monday: Barry M Sunset Daylight Curing Nail Polish Fuschia Generation

I finally got hold of the shade Fuschia Generation in the Barry M Sunset Daylight Curing nail polish range. If you missed my recent beauty haul check it out here – Beauty Hauling.

This particular shade has been sported by one of my favourite YouTubers Fleur de Force in her recent daily vlogs – I am sad that Vlogtober has come to an end.

This polish is called Fuschia Generation and in the bottle or does look like a bright fuschia pink colour, however it does look quite different when on the nails.

On the nails this polish is a beautiful berry shade with deep pink and red undertones. It is a very different colour to my usual much darker autumnal inspired nail polishes – a welcome departure.

I actually wore this shade at the Hallowedding I was a guest at over the weekend – if you missed my recent post check out my Weekly Round-Up: #21 to catch up on the wonderful Halloween wedding at Chester Zoo! This nail polish shade complimented my outfit and make-up really well and gave a welcome pop of colour without being too bright.
What do you think of the colour? A lovely addition to my ever-expanding nail polish collection! I love reading and replying to your comments.

  1. How many coats did you use on your nails? I really like the shade in the bottle, but the color does change on the nail as you said. I would prefer a deeper red or keep it the pink shade, but that’s me. Great review 🙂
