I haven’t had a beauty splurge for quite some time having been focussing on all things house. I had to pop into Boots last week to collect a massive order for Christmas presents (trying to be organised) and I found myself distracted in the make up aisles!
There were some great 3 for 2 offers which I just couldn’t resist. Let’s see what goodies made their way home with me…
First up this beautiful nail polish and lipstick from Rimmel.
Bling On The Glitter – Is a gorgeous glittery nail polish with tiny shimmers of gold and rose gold and chunkier pieces of rose gold glitter. Perfect for the festive season!
The Only 1 Lipstick: Under My Spell – This lipstick range is a new addition to the Rimmel brand so I thought I needed to give it a try. This promises to be an all-in-one lipstick; long lasting, comfortable formula, pigmented. This is a lovely deep purple berry shade which I thought would be perfect for the Autumn/Winter months.
Maybelline Browdrama: Dark Blond – My other brow gel had dried up so I was looking for a new one. I have heard and read positive things about this one by Maybelline so I’m looking forward to giving it a try. The colour seems a good match for me, more ashy and less of a warm colour to my L’Oréal Brow Artist Plumper.
Rimmel Match Perfection Concealer – I needed a new concealer and have never tried a concealer by Rimmel so I was sucked in by the 3 for 2 offer! I have tried this a few times and it is super creamy, blends well and is great as a highlighting concealer. So far so good!
Maybelline Falsies Volume Mascara – Again, I was looking to try a new mascara and this had been recommended by my best friend. I’m sure I will be writing a full review once I have properly put it to the test so check back for that!
The palette costs £9.99 and has 12 beautiful nude toned eyeshadows with a good blend of matte, shimmer and more glittery finishes. Once I have given the palette a good test I’m sure I will write a thorough review so remember to keep checking back!
Maxfactor Creme Puff Blush – I already have two of these beautiful blushes by Maxfactor and thought this deep berry toned blush would be perfect for Autumn/Winter. These are great formulas, long lasting and give a great pop of colour to the cheeks. Love it.
I hope you have enjoyed my new make up haul. Have you tried any of these products? Any recommendations for me? I love reading and replying to your comments.
