Nailbox – January 2016: The Unveiling

I decided to take the plunge and signed up for another monthly beauty box subscription; let me introduce to you Nailbox.

I had read a lot about Nailbox by other fellow bloggers and Mrs Dimples Beauty in particular. I would definitely recommend her blog if you love all things nails and make up! Signing up to Nailbox was definitely another blogger-inspired moment!

Nailbox is a relatively new beauty box subscription and I opted for the monthly package which costs £15.00 (including p&p). If you wanted to save you could have signed up for three months which works out at £14.50.

So what did I get in the box? This months box had a definite valentines theme.

Inside I received four full sized nail polished and one nail tool! I am impressed.

Nailbox Orange Sticks

These are always good to have in my nail care collection and they seem a good quality product. A nice extra.

Nails Inc – Alexa Hearts – RRP £15.00

I am a massive fan of Nails Inc so was very happy and impressed to see this full size product in my box. This is a cute clear polish packed full of red foil hearts. This is not necessarily a polish I would have bought myself so it’s nice to try something a bit different.

The brush on this polish seems to be really tiny and I have struggled to get an even finish when I’ve attempted to use this – will need to experiment a bit more with my technique!

Seche Vite – Rendezvous – RRP £9.95

I love the Seche Vite top coat so am looking forward to trying this out. This is a stunning bright creamy pink – not usually a colour I would pick but perfect for valentines and the Spring Summer months.

Sinful Pro Shine – Babydoll – RRP £7.95

I have never heard of this brand so this box is a great way to try new products and brands. This is a beautiful soft pink which I am looking forward to giving a try.

Nail Apothecary – 24K Gold Ridge Filler – RRP £8.95

Again, this is another new brand to me, I have however been eyeing these up in Boots! This is a strengthening base coat which boosts to fill any ridges in the nail to create a flawless base for nail polish. I love a good base coat so am looking forward to giving this a good test out.

The total amount of product I have in this box if I were to buy each polish amounts to a value of £41.85. I am really impressed with my first Nailbox and will continue my subscription to next month.

Do you have Nailbox? What do you think? I love reading and replying to your comments.
