Nailbox – May 2016: The Unveiling

It’s Nailbox time again! I am really impressed with the range of colours and nail care items in this months box. The tutti frutti theme is just perfect for the coming summer months.

So what did I get inside the May tutti frutti Nailbox?

Elegant Touch – Nail Apothecary Nail Growth RRP £7.95

Over the past few months I have accumulated several of these nail treatments from Elegant Touch and they are great to use. This one promises a salon strength formula enriched with keratin to promote nail growth. 

This will be perfect for me as more recently I have developed this night time habit of biting my nails in my sleep. They are slowly growing back so I am hoping this treatment will keep them strong and prevent me from biting them whilst I sleep! 

Essie – Haute in the Heat RRP £7.99

I do love a hot pink polish and I am always pleased to see an Essie nail polish in my box. I love Essie as a brand, their polishes have a great consistency, are super opaque, glossy and long lasting. I couldn’t wait to try this on my nails – I just hope I can stop the strange night time biting!

Cuccio – Mint Condition RRP £4.86

This is a new brand to me so I am looking forward to giving this a try. I really like the pastel mint green colour. This is a really wearable pretty shade. Love it.

ORLY – Orange Punch RRP £10.50

I have heard of ORLY as a great nail polish brand from the USA but I have never seen it in the UK. I have only ever heard great things about the brand and I love the bright bold orange colour. This colour would be perfect with a tan… Not that I ever tan mind but lovely none-the-less!

Stylfile – VIP Leopard Nail File £4.99

I am really intrigued by this nail file as it is in a ‘S’ shape. I have never tried an ‘S’ shaped nail file before and I love the feel of it. I also love the leopard print detail – so cute. 

Overall I am really impressed with this months box. I am sure I will use every product. The overall RRP of all the products comes to £36.29 which is well over double the cost of the monthly subscription. Great value.
